My name is Mashari, and I am a compassionate and reliable caregiver with a background in developmental psychology. I am passionate about providing high quality, person centered care for both seniors and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), helping them live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. I have experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs). I also provide behavioral support, structured routines, and emotional support tailored to each individual's needs. I am patient, attentive, and dependable, and I value building trust with both clients and families. I strive to create a safe, positive, and supportive environment while promoting independence and overall well-being.
