Clean, clean, clean, clean, and clean. Organize and tidy daily as well. Thorough cleaning of any place that you require at your request.

Mary has applied for multiple of my listings with the same identical response each time. When she first contacted me I contacted her back and she immediately wanted a larger hourly wage when the wage was posted on the job listing. She also wanted to charge countless extras for cleaning which is why I chose not to hire her. Dishes? Extra charge. Laundry? Extra charge. Windows? Extra charge. There was a list of about 15 things with extra charges and considering I was looking for a weekly cleaner keeping track of all the extra charges and having to do half the cleaning myself at a price higher than I was wanting to pay anyways was more work than it was worth.

Always on time and very good at cleaning and taking care of my things without breakage. Bathrooms are super clean and the rest of the house looks great when she is done.

She's very kind, caring, polite, and helpful I really enjoyed her service with us. She's very dependable, reliable, punctual, teachable and always willing to learn especially if I need things done a certain way we really enjoyed working with her and appreciated all her hard work, I'd recommend her to others for sure

- Professional and prompt communication prior to visit.
- I was clear in my post that I needed a cleaning service with their own supplies to complete this job.
- Showed up 30 minutes after agreed timing.
- The "assistant" entered to complete the job, not Mary with whom I corresponded.
- Did not bring cleaning supplies as instructed. I texted Mary immediately to asked about why this person did not bring supplies, to which Mary responded "she'll work with what you do have".
- Spent 20 minutes walking this person around telling her what needed to be done, of which very little was actually completed.
- Used my towels and cleaning supplies, now I have an additional laundry task.
- Over 2 hours, only floors were vacuumed (barely) and mopped. Random wiping of surfaces occurred. Sinks, toilets, all baseboards, mirrors, tub, ZERO of this was done. The most 'basic" things any cleaner should do without direction, not done.
- Extremely disappointed, would not recommend.

Mediocre cleaning job at best. Mary brought her daughter who worked very hard, but Mary chose the lighter duties and did not do a good job like her daughter did. 5 stars for the daughter and 0 stars for Mary averages to 2.5 stars. She left my glass with streaks and did not scrub my bathroom well at all. I had to ask her to clean things twice and she still didn't finish. She literally sat in her car while her daughter finished. Also, she claims she fell in my bathroom and sat for 30 minutes to ice her ankle and still tried to charge me full and extra to boot. Bad experience all around considering I'm looking for a nice person to come weekly. I will continue my search.

Mary showed up for her interview. She was very friendly and understanding of the task needed. Unfortunately we decided with a different direction.
