You can tell Mary genuinely enjoys spending time with the kids and is very patient. She engaged with our two year old and 5 month old all day throughout 2 weeks of winter break with books, arts and crafts, games, outside time, and kept a general schedule and structure that lead to fewer meltdowns during a pretty unregulated time of year! She kept a log of meals, naps, and diapers of each kid each day, which wasn't asked for but was so helpful. She's incredibly proactive and just pleasant to be around. We will absolutely hire Ms. Mary again!
