I'm a hospital-based unit assistant with over a year of experience working on a mother-baby unit supporting postpartum families and nursery care. I regularly care for infants overnight including feeding support, diapering, swaddling, soothing, monitoring intake/output, and recognizing early signs of distress. I enjoy helping first-time parents adjust once they return home and creating calm nighttime routines. I'd describe my personality as calm, observant, reassuring. I like working with newborns because I enjoy helping families feel less stressed and more confident. I'm looking for a job that focused on overnight newborn care where I can support families, create calm routines, use my experience to help parents rest and adjust confidently.
