About Mary

Hi, I'm Mary! I'm an experienced childcare provider who began babysitting 10 years ago at the age of 14. Over the years, I've cared for children of all ages-from infants to teenagers-through recurring roles that have included nannying, tutoring, driving, and assistant teaching at a preschool. I majored in Psychology at the University of Michigan and have a background in healthcare, which helps me approach care with diligence, empathy, and patience. I also currently tutor college and postgrad students in writing, so I'm always happy to support kids with schoolwork. I love to play games, read stories, and spend time outdoors, and I enjoy working with kids because they are simply amazing. I'm constantly in awe of how smart, funny, and intuitive they are, and it's a joy to support them as they grow. I also have three nieces under the age of 3 who I absolutely adore and wish I lived closer to! I would love to get to know your family and be a caring, positive presence in your child's life.
