About Mary

My name is Mary. I graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in human Development and Family Studies, and I am still studying to become a Child Life Specialist by getting my Masters degree in Child Life at Texas Woman's University. I am CRP/FIRST AID/ AED certified. Most of my childcare experience has been nannying, volunteer work, my practicum at Covenants Children's hospital, and working at a nonprofit day care. I have cared for children at the Texas Tech CDRC (Child Development Research Center) where I also was able to encourage development and learning. I love encouraging learning with children and helping their cognitive, emotional and physical development. I have such a passion for children and this is one of the many reasons I love being a nanny!
