Mary has done an excellent job as a caregiver for her autistic great nephew for the past 2 years. When she first accepted the position this 10-year old child was accustomed to throwing tantrums to express his needs. Mary worked with him and patiently trained him to communicate his needs verbally and calmly. Mary rarely missed a shift of work. She has been a hard worker and a dependable companion to this little boy. From what I understand, she is considering relocating. I'm sure her skills and her dispos ition will take her far wherever she seeks employment.
