About Mary

I have over 30 years experience as a caregiver. I've worked with disabled youth as well as adults with special needs in many different settings from respite, education and day support services. I have several years experience as a nanny with children ranging in age from newborn to 7 years of age. I've worked with children in a Special Education setting from Preschool through Middle School. I have always enjoyed being a caregiver. I have years experience as a nurse aide working in SNF as well as several in home cases taking care of the elderly within their home setting. I am a mother of 2 and a young grandmother of 4. My father passed away in 2014 after his lengthy battle with Alzheimer's. I understand the personal struggle family members go through trying to care for their loved ones. I always try to do my best to care for others as if they are family; the same way that I hoped others would help us care for my Dad. I look forward to the opportunity to talk further.
