About Mary

Making a positive difference in people's lives is my passion. For the past eight years, I have supported adults and seniors, honoring their independence and well-being. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with a graduate degree, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my work. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I provide respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history. I communicate with families through verbal updates and regular calls, always following their preferred method. Knowing I can bring peace of mind to families while enriching the lives of their loved ones makes my work incredibly rewarding.
