Mary cared for my 6 month old son 1 day. She did fine, so I offered her the position which she accepted in person. She told me she would be back the next week and provide childcare to us during the summer. I downloaded PayPal and paid her for her day of work. After that, it has been silence. I reached out several times with no response. Her ghosting us has put us in a bad position. We do not have childcare for the week and we need to work. She is not reliable. Would not recommend.
