About Mary

I love kids, and a passion of mine is helping them grow into creative, kind, responsible individuals eager to explore the world. I do my best to work educational games into everyday fun, so we are always learning as we play. For over 10 years, I have worked with many families as a nanny, in a daycare, church nursery, teaching, and babysitting. I have taught lessons to classes of pre-schoolers, had extensive experience caring for infants, potty training, and planning fun activities for all ages and interests. I am also very adept at watching multiple children, especially those under 5 years old. (But I enjoy any age range!) I have a BA in International Relations, which helps me expose kids to concepts outside themselves and when exploring the world. I am CPR and first aid certified in adult and pediatrics. I do not smoke, love pets, and drive a 2012 Toyota Highlander that fits car seats beautifully!
