For 5 years I was responsible for the 24-hour care of my 89-year-old mother with Alzheimer's, dementia & my father who had lung & colon cancer. I have cared for a 73-year-old woman with ALS F/T for 2 yrs & a 75-year-old man w dementia. I am certified in adult and pediatric first aid/CPR /AED. I am experienced, knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, & empathetic to your loved one's needs. I am the mother of a 19-year-old daughter. I am an early riser & like to get an early start on my day. I am a very light sleeper & will be tuned in to your loved one's needs in the evenings. I'm a creative person & a voracious reader. I love to work in my garden. I assist in: Medication prompting & organization Transportation to appts Running errands & shopping Mobility assistance, Lt housekeeping laundry, Meal preparation & shopping, Staying Physically Active, Personal Care, Grooming, Companionship Reading
