About Mary

I'd describe my personality as loving, fun and curious I like working with kids because I am a caregiver above all else. I find joy in nurturing them, making them feel secure and seen, and being a positive presence in their lives. I'm looking for a job that hopefully would have regular hours within the timeframe I am available. I started working with kids when I was 13. I have 4 children and 2 grandbabies. I was a Montessori teacher for 5 years, working with kids preschool- middle school. In my spare time, I like to cook, garden, and photography. One thing you should know about me is when I am with your child/children they will have my undivided attention. I am reliable. I am a chef and would be happy to cook for your children! My skills include encouraging continued development, creating a safe nurturing environment, engaging children and encouraging their curiosity.
