About Mary

Hello! I am currently perusing a BA in social work and have taken corse work in childhood development. I am originally from southwestern Iowa where I got an early experience babysitting my three younger siblings, but what turned into a summer job became a real passion! I have worked with a handful of different families and pride myself on not only keeping your kiddos entertained but also light housework to make your busy lives easier! I'd describe my personality as bubbly, adjustable, and straight forward! I like working with kids because they're seeing this amazingly crazy world for the first time with brand new minds. Seeing kids grow over periods of getting to support them is so fulfilling! I'm looking for a job that works with my class schedule (I have class 10am-3 p.m. on Tuesdays, and Thursday's) and one that allows for a creative and energetic approach to child care! In my spare time, I like to read, craft, and go on walks!
