Hi! I'm Mary & I am a career nanny with 10+yr of experience working with infants, toddlers, & up! I believe nothing is more rewarding than helping children grow & explore. I am patient, energetic, warm, reliable, fun, proactive, & a self-starter. I can help support your tiny ones to meet their milestones, filling each day with love and laughter. I lean toward gentle parenting/positive guidance, with a focus on emotional regulation, replacement behaviors, & Montessori play. From Jan '23 to Feb '24, I nannied full-time for an incredible 15-month-old who I adore. She had unique behavioral traits, but that didn't stop us from spending every day playing, learning, and working towards milestones. Now I have the great opportunity of caring for a sweet little 8-month-old until mid July 2024. I take care of her full-time 9a-5p, but am still open to help on evenings and weekends.
