For my mom with dementia, Mary is ever so patient, understands the diminishing abilities of my mom, and is an excellent communicator with both mom and family. She can manage additional caretakers schedules, tasks, and responsibilities. Mary arrives every day for work with a smile, even when mom has been difficult. She is also an awesome cook. 5++++ stars. Safe, reliable, funny, nice, hardworking. WE LOVE HER.
