Hello, I have a combined over 35 years experience between owning and running my own NYS licensed group daycare/preschool taking care of ages from 6 weeks to 14 years old and being a nanny/private chef. During that time, as you can see when you look at my reviews, I have an impeccable record! About 2008, I decided to go private. My expertise is infant care, however I totally enjoy preschool age up through elementary school. I have had many repeat clients who come out to the Hamptons and need childcare for date nights & vacations. The last 3 years, I have been a nanny and a private chef for a family in the Hamptons who recently relocated to New Jersey and kept me on. I have prepared menu's, cook, shop for 2 households, and deliver the food to N. J. My son-in-law and daughter joined me & then took over my business in the Hamptons. I have since then moved to Lexington, KY where I can continue my business. I get to enjoy the best of both worlds; The children & the horses.

Mary Lou is just the best. She's very warm and loving, knows just what to do as soon as she walks through the door. I hired Mary Lou to watch my two energetic boys for two weeks in Hampton Bays and she gave them both a wonderful and thoughtful experience, taking my older son to a local game farm along with her granddaughter (same age), helping to give my son some socialization during the summer months. She's very safety conscious and careful with the kids at the pool. She is also an amazing cook, and it was very comfortable to have her around the house for several days. It felt like I was leaving my kids with my moms best friend!
