In those 8 years I have had the pleasure of helping to raise 6 children ranging in age from 3 months to 12 years old. In my most recent position I had the opportunity to be a part of the lives of three wonderful children helping them grow from babies to young adults. As a part of their family I helped with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry and most importantly child enrichment. As a certified music teacher I believe children need to be surrounded by music, creativity and new experiences. I place high value in creating activities that will be both enjoyable and educational. I teach children life skills including being comfortable cooking, how to behave in the community, how to resolve conflicts with friends.
