Two weeks in a row, Mary did not show up as scheduled. The first day, she had the courtesy of messaging me about 45 minutes prior to her scheduled time to let me know she had a family emergency the night prior. The next scheduled shift, she confirmed two days prior that she would be there as scheduled, but never showed up. As most normal people would be, we were worried about her. We reached out and heard nothing from her. Still haven't. My home is not overly messy. She typically stayed for approximately 4-5 hours each service and was compensated at the rate of 20-25 dollars per hour. Always paid on time, immediately after the service even if I was not home to see the job she did.
