About Mary
Experience: 10 yrs
As the 3rd of 7 children, I started caring for babies at a very young age in my large family. With both of my grandmothers living with us in their older age, I learned compassion and gentleness from my mother as their full-time caregiver. As a mom for more than 25 years, I have cared for my own and others' children as a stay-at-home mom. I enjoy teaching part-time in higher education one evening per week for many years. I've been in senior living for the past several years . Anyone who knows me, knows that I am naturally compassionate, gentle and fun. I think the most important job is caring for each other such that we can become our best selves.

We feel so lucky to have met Mary. She helped me in a pinch on very short notice and my 2 children (1 & 4 years old) absolutely adore her. When she arrived she had an immediate connection with the kids. They are sensitive to having new caretakers and it was no problem for Mary. She is everything you would want your children to be around- kind, fun, nurturing, high emotional awareness, and easy sibling conflict resolution. If I could give her 6 stars I would.
