Hi there! My name is Mary-Jo. I'm married with my first kiddo on the way. I love working with kids and seeing them explore and discover themselves and the world as well as seeing them learn new things. I'm a very compassionate, fun-loving, patient, and diligent person and some of my personal interests include playing guitar, singing, reading, hiking, biking, and writing. I've worked with kids since I was 13 years old. I started babysitting my two cousins at that age. Since then, I've completed college and graduate school and have had opportunities to work with kids of all ages in many different roles and capacities such as a tutoring at schools and in homes, nannying in private homes, leading a Boys and Girls Club summer camp group, working with homeless teens, and mentoring foster kids with Royal Family Kids. I'd really enjoy the privilege of meeting and serving your family.

Mary-jo has been an exceptional nanny for our two boys (ages 7 & 4). She is kind, gentle, trustworthy, patient, punctual, communicates well, and is hands on. Mary-jo is enjoyable to be around. She is very active with our kids. She honors our wishes and our boys' schedules. The only reason she is not remaining as our nanny is due to our boys' new school schedule. We're sad to see her go but hope she will continue to be our go-to babysitter. She has built a great relationship with us, and we all love her. We highly recommended her as she is truly gifted with working with children and her gift is very evident. I work from home so I have had the privilege to witness first hand how she interacts with our boys and she is amazing.
