About Mary Jo

I have had a lifetime of experience caring for, and working with babies and children. While I raised my own two children, I also watched other babies and children, as well. After my children were in school, I went into the business world of sales for several years. I then left to do what I felt was my true gift and calling. I accepted my first nanny position in 2002. Both parents were pilots, and there were times they were out of the state and even the country. My responsibilities were numerous and varied. I loved that position and was with that family almost 10 years until the boys became teenagers and they no longer needed a nanny. Since then, I have helped several families that were here in Louisville temporarily ( medical/dental residencies) with their childcare needs. I consider myself to be kind, nurturing, patient, positive, dependable, and conscientious. I never missed one day of work with my nanny position.
