13 years in senior care have taught me the profound importance of compassion and patience. My graduate degree equipped me with a strong foundation, but my true education comes from the individuals I've had the privilege to support. I provide hospice support, home health assistance, and help with dementia care, medical management, mobility, and light housekeeping. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with empathy. Building trust is paramount to me, and I always communicate with families using their preferred method.
