I think Mary is looking for a very particular role, with particular parents, and a particular type of child. Example: not interested in checking to see if 3 year old wiped properly. Also, she had a long list of demands and strong opinions that although may be ideal for some families, will likely not be for many. She also didn't show to her first gig because her car was towed and we finally called her 20' after her planned arrival. We will not seek to rehire. In her defense, I think she may have some particular skills with kids with special needs and seems like a strong advocate for this population.
