I am a life long scholar of History and English. I currently host a History club in which I teach adults (25-40 years old) American History from Ancient North & Central America to current day. In college, I studied History and Sociology. I also volunteered to tutor middle school students in Social Studies and English for four years. I'd describe my personality as engaging, enthusiastic, and passionate. I like tutoring because I love showing kids how much can be learned from history and reading classic literature that informs them of their present. I'm looking for a tutoring position in which the adults of children truly understand the importance of learning the humanities and want their child to succeed.
