Due to the cameras that are in my house I was able to see that Mary did not stay at the house for the amount of time that I paid her for. She did not spend the amount of time attending to my cats physical needs such as petting. The cats were fed, however she was paid to spend an hour with each of the cats (petting, playing etc.) and she did not that I could see from my cameras.
