Mary has been helping us evenings and weekends for several weeks now with our 3-month-old and 4-year-old, and she's been incredible. She is so gentle and responsive with our baby. When he's fussy she actually prioritizes him - keeps him calm and stimulated when he's awake. With other nannies he'd just cry because they weren't tuned in. Mary is tuned in. Our toddler adores Mary too. Our toddler begs her not to leave at the end of her shift. She made a craft birthday card with our toddler for my wife, which was so thoughtful and not something we asked her to do. She's also very communicative - offers updates without us having to ask, and she's totally open to feedback and following how we want things done. She even helped with dishes without being asked. On top of all that she is incredibly dependable. Always on time or a few minutes early. Mary is a rare find. She's genuinely empathetic and caring, which is what matters most when someone is watching your kids. I'd recommend her without hesitation.
