I really wanted this to work, as she was very friendly, motivated, and communicative at the start. She came out for a walkthrough, offered a flat rate (which I agreed to, especially since it included laundry and linens when needed), and initially seemed like a great fit.
On the first visit, she completed a deep clean of one bedroom and a standard clean of the others. I would describe the quality as average, but I appreciated her kindness and willingness to help.
However, things declined quickly after that. On the second visit, despite confirming priorities in advance, she left after less than two hours. The home appeared to have only a very basic vacuum/mop and linen change, and none of the requested items were completed. I provided clear feedback and still paid the full flat rate, with the understanding that expectations would be met moving forward. She was agreeable at the time.
The following week, after again confirming the cleaning list, she canceled last-minute citing a personal emergency and has not communicated since.
Additionally, while the flat rate was supposed to include cleaning supplies, she arrived without most essentials and relied on mine for basic tasks. She was also unable to complete certain items due to not having appropriate cleaners.
Overall, while personable, the service was inconsistent, incomplete, and ultimately unreliable. I felt misled by the initial agreement and would not recommend.

Maryem did an amazing job with my three bedroom, two bath home. Truly exceeded my expectations, I went into my office to take a work meeting and then came back to the cleanest my house has been in years!

Maryem was very sweet and approachable. She was helpful, made suggestions and asked specific questions about what we wanted. She did not feel like a stranger; she felt like a family member. She was very warm and friendly. She dusted and wiped down every thing for this deep clean. My home looks very clean, not cluttered, and not dusty!

If I explained all the positive things about maryem housekeeping it would become a book. Out of my whole life i never met someone so fast with cleaning and also so nice. When she's done working there is not one piece of dust in the whole house. Everytime she comes over I feel great that my house is in good hands.  I highly recommend maryem . She is honest and trustable.
