About Mary Ellen

Hi! My name is Mary, and I'm a college student at the University of Kentucky studying Kinesiology on a Pre-Occupational Therapy track specializing in Early Childhood Development. I've been babysitting and working with children of all ages for about 5 years and genuinely love being a positive part of their lives. I'm responsible, patient, energetic, and I enjoy keeping kids engaged with crafts, outdoor play, games, swimming, and anything that gets them away from a screen. I always want to create a safe, supportive environment where children feel comfortable and parents are confident leaving them in my care. In addition to childcare, I'm happy to help with meal prep, housekeeping, transportation, and whatever else helps make your day a little easier. I think communication is key, so I make it a priority to keep parents updated & follow each family's routines & preferences.
