Hello! I have always loved working with children of all ages. I graduated from Central Michigan University in 2016 with a degree in Elementary Education. I currently hold a Michigan Teaching License and worked in the Troy School District for over two years. I have five years of tutoring experience in grades ranging from kindergarten to 4th. While earning my degree, I had the opportunity to work at Creative Beginnings Child Development Center, a daycare and preschool, located in Mt. Pleasant. The three years I spent at Creative Beginnings provided me with hands on experiences with a variety of ages groups ranging from infants to 4-year-olds! Mary is absolutely the best babysitter we have had for our little guy. She treats him with love and respect. Mary worked at the daycare our guy attends and was a teacher he always gravitated towards because she is happy, caring and always gets down to his level. She challenges him with questions, conversation and always has a great memory for his needs and desires. We like Mary as well because she is honest with us about how things went while we have been away. Mary is the only sitter we have trusted to drive (with his car seat!) him while we were out of town once. She really became part of our family and she is well educated (4.0s!!) and we would highly recommend her! We wish didn't move :(
