About Mary

Hi! My name is Mary. While I do not have formal senior caregiving experience, I have spent many years working at my dad's chiropractic clinic, where I regularly interact with and assist older adults. I also have experience caring for children as a babysitter and nanny. These experiences have helped me develop strong communication and listening skills, patience, and a caring attitude. I am dependable, organized, hardworking, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping others. I can assist with companionship, conversation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, activities, and helping maintain daily routines. Please note that I am not able to assist with lifting, transfers, or personal bathroom care.
