About Mary

Hi! I'm Mary, a warm, energetic caregiver with 20+ years of experience working with children. I began babysitting at 13, nannied throughout high school and college, and spent the next 14 years as an international teacher, tutor, and Head of Early Childhood. I've taught primarily grades K-2 in six countries and led an early childhood program of 90 students and 13 teachers. My approach combines warmth, humor, creativity, and consistency. I believe clear expectations help children feel secure and confident, leaving plenty of room for fun and humot. I love connecting with kids, encouraging independence, and making everyday activities engaging. I'm a Georgetown graduate and recently earned my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree, which included clinical pediatric work. I'm also CPR trained. I've recently returned to Mendham and am seeking part-time childcare work while studying for my medical board exams. I'm dependable, attentive, playful, and genuinely love working with children!
