About Mary

From a young age, I've been driven by a desire to nurture children's growth, creativity, and sense of wonder. From babysitting to teaching swim lessons, and environmental education to special education, my 15+ years of working with children have solidified this passion. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I enjoy engaging children with games, puzzles, and outdoor exploration. I have some graduate school experience and coursework in education. I am also certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I'm comfortable caring for one or more children at a time, I'm comfortable around pets, and I'm happy to follow your lead on household rules. I prioritize open communication and will follow your preferred method for updates. I am willing to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and homework. I look forward to bringing my enthusiasm and skills to your family.
