Mary was a good caregiver and worked for us for 4 weeks. She helped with alot of additional tasks without being asked as well. I was quite happy with how it was working out. My rating is because she quit wihout notice. She knew the hours and pay up front but decided it wasn't for her after only 4 weeks. This put us in a bind since both my husband and I work. Now we have to figure out who will watch our son, or stay home, until we can hire someone else.
