I have 20 years experience. My references are posted. I take pride in my work and go way above what is needed. I took care of my aunt who over the span of 5 years. My care consisted of driving her to medical appointments, shopping, etc. This care progressed to almost full-time, which included preparing meals, giving showers, toilet assistance, dressing until she was completely bedridden . While a sad situation, I enjoyed giving this type of care to an elder person. Over the years I have had several other cases, My last long term critical case was an elderly gentleman and woman who required well rounded care. And I was with my last wonderful patient for 4 wonderful long years she just passed away. I did the needed household shopping, occasional cooking, escorted him out upon request and provided an attentive ear. My personal care grew from assistance in getting him out of bed for the bathroom to assisting at the dinner table which over time came to caring for a bed ridden patient.
