About Mary

While I mainly have experience with children, I frequently help my 97-year-old grandma with transportation, cook for her, run errands, do her laundry and tidy up her house. Growing up, my grandfather had Alzheimer's which was very taxing on our family. We had COUNTLESS home health aides but very few of them stuck around or truly cared about his wellbeing. As you might imagine, seeing this lack of empathy towards him was heartbreaking. I always wished that he would be fortunate enough to be matched with a care giver that not only took good care of him, but valued him as a person. I hope that by providing just a little bit of extra support, I can be that person for your loved one. I like caring for seniors because they deserve to have someone see them for who they are, not just as an age. I'm looking for a job that allows me flexibility to help out. I have a full time job but am looking to have a little side gig. Helping tidy up, run errands, help with transportation.
