My friend was taking care of an elderly woman who had a stroke, she asked for my help. She felt we could be trusted. I worked with her until her daughter moved in so she didn't need my assistance any longer. I mainly helped with cleaning, cooking, and taking her to appointments or shopping. She was willing to change her diet so improved very much and was able to walk up the mountain, after being on a better lifestyle. This was very rewarding. I didn't try to get another job after this, because my husband and I adopted a 7-year-old boy and that took all my effort. I do have a current and ongoing background check. Providing the needs for senior care such as laundry, shopping, errands, doctor appointments etc., healthy meal preparations, housekeeping, assistance with exercise, reminders, and help with dressing or bathing is no problem. Since I'm on a whole food plant based diet and hike in the mountains I have lots of energy. Hope to help care for your needs. Blessings, Mary
