About Mary

Hi, children are special and I love being with them. My experience with children started with my nieces and nephews taking them swimming. Through out my younger years I babysat for children aging from 4 months to 12 years old. As my profession I enjoyed teaching first and second grade. When I got married my husband wanted me to work with him in his business. During those years I still continued teaching and working with children at my church teaching Sabbath school. Then my husband and I adopted a 7year-old boy and I home schooled him throughout his schooling. Doing things with children instead of using the TV as a babysitter is my preference. I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking plus other activities just being out in the fresh air. We have had many different pets through the years. I've had experience doing laundry, housekeeping, preparing meals etc. Eating a whole food plant based diet and hiking in the mountains keeps me full of energy and free from lifestyle diseases.
