I'm a caring, dependable, and outgoing person who genuinely enjoys helping others. After a 20-year career in the corporate world, I'm looking for something more personal and meaningful where I can make a difference in someone's day. Senior care is personal to me. My father-in-law had dementia, and I helped care for and support him during that time. It taught me firsthand the importance of patience, reassurance, compassion, and maintaining dignity when someone is experiencing memory loss. I've also volunteered as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for many years, which has strengthened my ability to listen, advocate, and be someone others can depend on. I'd love to provide companionship, help with errands and appointments, prepare simple meals, do light housekeeping, take walks or outings, or simply enjoy conversation over coffee. I'm responsible, organized, comfortable with pets, and would treat your loved one with the same kindness and respect I'd want for my own family.
