About Marybeth

After a 20+ year career in leadership and coaching with T-Mobile, I'm excited to spend this chapter of my life doing something I've always loved--caring for kids. As an empty nester and a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer for over 15 years, I've had the privilege of supporting and advocating for children from all walks of life. I'm a kid at heart and love playing games, reading, crafting, and cheering kids on in their activities. I understand the challenges working parents face and enjoy helping with before- and after-school care, transportation to practices, and providing a safe, dependable presence until parents get home. Children tend to trust me quickly because I'm warm, patient, and empathetic. I believe in balancing fun with structure, offering kindness while setting clear expectations when needed.
