I have worked for several years with students with multiple disabilities. This included changing/toileting, dressing, feeding and implementation of feeding programs, use of feeding tubes. My students needed a variety of strategies to gain and sustain attention, I often consulted with families to learn what worked and to update favorite activities. Working with a multi-disciplinary team was something I enjoyed, as team members would often see progress that I did not. Members would also often provide alternative strategies that were helpful.
