About Mary

I am the oldest of three siblings with experience as a tutor and caregiver. I have worked for many families in the Bangor area with children ranging in age from newborns to young teens. I have experience babysitting for large families, often caring for multiple children at once. Most families I work for have 2-3 children. I am available as a caregiver for large groups. In the past, I have looked after large groups (8-10 children) during dinner parties to entertain the children and help the night run smoothly (help to prepare/clean up meal, take children to the park, put them to sleep, etc.). I will be doing research at the University of Maine this summer during the weekdays, but am available to babysit/tutor in the evenings and during the weekends. At times, I have also taken on household tasks (dishes, laundry, cleaning, etc.) in addition to being a caregiver and would be happy to continue doing so. I love taking care of children and hope to work in education in the future.
