I have experience working with children with special needs. I have worked with students who have ADD/ADHD and Asperger syndrome. I was a teacher's assistant working for a county special services school district for over 4 years. Within the last 10 years, I was a tutor for a kindergarten student with special needs. I went to his home 2 afternoons a week to assist with his homework and to keep him on task. Right now, I'm only looking for part-time work - approximately 10 hours per week, spread over 3 days.
