About Maryam

My aim is to create happy, calm, and patient learning environments where elementary students can thrive. I vary my teaching strategies, incorporating visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions. I encourage students to communicate what works best for them. Regular check-ins with parents help me stay informed and reinforce learning at home. I celebrate small successes, provide positive reinforcement, and love seeing confidence grow as students master new skills. Building a strong rapport makes learning enjoyable. I am Montessori, CPR and First Aid Certified. I have a car and am willing to tutor at your home or mine. I would love to help your student succeed!
