About Maryam

Hi! My name is Maryam and I'm a New York based nanny and tutor with over 7 years of professional experience in childcare and instruction. My experience began in 2015 with an Arabic class that I taught to kids ages 5-9. I found so much joy in working with children and went on to work at a daycare through my college years at UC Berkeley. After graduating, I've worked privately with multiple families across different roles and age groups- from nannying kids and infants, to after school care, to facilitating online schooling, I have a wide range of experience in childcare and a love for the work. I have a car and valid license, am comfortable with meal prep and house cleaning, and am very flexible depending on your needs. As the oldest of 3 girls and a cousin to many, I've grown up babysitting my whole life. Working with families is my true passion and I'd love to hear more about yours!
