About Maryam

Greetings! I'm Maryam. Coming from a large family with lots of children of all ages has granted me patience from a young age. Throughout college, I've provided nannying services to several families. I also have experience working with kids throughout my professional career. I've worked with an age range of 0-21 mentoring youth in different organizations. I have worked with kids with behavioral issues, trauma, and abuse during my time as a behavioral health case manager. I also have experience working with kids (age 2-9) on the autism spectrum implementing therapy as a Registered Behavioral Technician. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, gardening, painting, hiking, cooking, trying new things and experiencing nature. I enjoy sharing my love for the outdoors and creativity/art with kids. Lastly, I work best with families that do not practice corporal punishment. I best align with families that have clear expectations of their children and uphold their requests/boundaries/consequences.
