I'm a compassionate and dependable caregiver with 4+ years of experience as a caretaker at a traumatic brain injury rehabilitation facility, along with in-home caregiving experience. I'm comfortable supporting individuals with daily routines, personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, and light medical needs. My experience with TBI rehabilitation taught me the importance of patience, flexibility, attentiveness, and encouraging independence while meeting each person where they are. I also have experience caring for someone living with MS. I'm a mom and homeschooler who values family, nature, and meaningful connections.
