I am kind, caring, loving patient but most importantly a good listener. I pay attention every detail when it comes to children as this is one way to identify their strengths, weakness and character. A child's smile is truly the best therapy. Their innocence melts my heart. I have a natural love for children which I account to having been born in a very big family. I'm looking for a job that is full time and flexible, with children of all ages as I have cared for babies as young as 1 day old to teenagers and I would never trade it for anything. I have professionally worked with children for 15 years. In my spare time, I like to go to the movies, read books, hang out with friends, clean up, hike, swim, enjoy the outdoors, read books and care for babies. SKILLS: compassion, problem solving, patience, creativity, behavior management, active listening, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
