Martina arrived on time and babysat my 9-month-old on one occasion. I was in meetings for most of her visit, so I didn’t observe much directly. While she was kind and gentle, I sensed a lack of confidence that made me question her experience with infants. My baby refused the bottle during her shift, which left me feeling uneasy knowing she hadn’t eaten. I was open to giving Martina a second chance, but our schedules didn’t align.
