Quick note about Liliana (Martha)— she was fantastic with our one and a half years old twins. Great chemistry, very active, able to lift them into their high chairs, and genuinely engaged (played with them in the backyard). She was proactive and communicated clearly. For personal reasons we decided to handle mornings ourselves, so we didn’t end up hiring anyone, but if that weren’t the case we would have hired Liliana. We’re grateful to have met her.
